Nutrition Counseling
Healing your relationship with food is possible and you do not have to do it alone. As a registered dietitian, I am here to walk with you, offering compassion and care while honoring your unique story. My practice is rooted in mindfulness and emotional awareness, recognizing that our relationship with food is deeply connected to our mental and emotional well-being.

My goal is to meet you where you are — helping you build awareness, flexibility, and confidence around food and your body in ways that honor your whole self. I have experience supporting individuals managing diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, food insecurity, emotional or binge eating, and those looking to improve their relationship with food.

Insurance & Payment
A sliding scale is available for services to support accessibility if you're paying out of pocket. For those not in-network, I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement.
All sessions are conducted via Telehealth.
​I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO and Blue Choice PPO). Contact your insurance provider to verify coverage for nutrition counseling. You may only be responsible for co-pays or co-insurance.
Coaching & Doula Services
These sessions are for those seeking support beyond food and nutrition — for the moments in life that call for deeper presence, guidance, or companionship. I offer coaching and doula services for those moving through grief, facing end of life, or exploring spiritual and meditative practices. This space is open to anyone seeking emotional support, ritual creation, or gentle guidance through transition.​
